Role Overview



As we continue to expand, we are looking for an organised and proactive Production and Operations Administrator to support our Supply Chain Manager. You will provide essential administrative and operational support and help ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operational processes.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the brewery's production and operations run efficiently, keeping systems updated, managing documentation, and coordinating with various teams to maintain workflow and compliance.

Key Responsibilities



Provide daily administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager and other departments Assist in tracking and updating inventory records, raw material levels, packaging, finish goods stock, and address systems discrepancies Carry out weekly/monthly stock taking ensuring inventory levels are correct, using multiple software applications (Excel, Brewman, Clarus) Liaise with suppliers to coordinate orders and ensure timely deliveries, maintaining clear and effective communication Maintain accurate data in inventory and production management systems Support the planning, development, and implementation of production and packaging schedules based on sales forecasts Support in ensuring the availability of materials and equipment to meet production demands, proactively addressing potential shortages or delays Help ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and industry regulations Actively contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Provide general administrative support including filing, document management, and meeting coordination Coordinate vehicle management, addressing issues as needed Assist with implementation and follow-up of Health & Safety remedial actions to maintain a safe working environment Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required

Skills



Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Excel for reporting and data analysis related to logistics and production performance Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve inventory or production issues proactively Experience with including inputting data, managing purchase orders, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking Collaborative and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage cross-departmental workflows and communication Be a proven detail-oriented administrator Experienced in using various IT systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and technologies Be a natural organised multi-tasker Flexible and adaptable, willing to take on ad-hoc duties as required to support wider team and company goals
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in an administrative capacity with at least two years' experience in a similar role, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment while developing their skills further within the organisation.

Person Specification



Essential



Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Excel Strong attention to detail and data accuracy A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities At least 2 years proven experience in a similar role

Advantageous



Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or FMCG environment Familiarity with supply chain or inventory management system Knowledge of brewery operations

Pay: 26,000.00-27,000.00 per year
