Are you a hands-on engineer who loves solving problems and making things run smoother?

We're on the lookout for a Production and Process Engineer to join our growing Technical Product team. You'll be the bridge between Design and Production, helping us bring products to life efficiently and consistently.

What you'll be doing:

Be the go to link between Production and Engineering, solving issues, sharing updates, and keeping things moving. Join design reviews to make sure products are ready for production and built to last. Approve detailed designs for manufacturing. Create and maintain process docs like SOPs and work instructions. Work closely with Quality, Design, Systems Engineering and Production teams. Drive improvements in production speed, quality and consistency. Investigate production issues, find the root cause, and help prevent them happening again.

Essential skills and experience:

Solid experience in a Production or Process Engineering role within manufacturing. Confident managing BOMs and using MRP tools (we use 123). Skilled in implementing production processes and solving problems with RCA.

Desirable skills and experience:

Experience in maritime, automotive or aerospace sectors. Familiar with cell manufacturing. Six Sigma green belt or Lean Manufacturing certification. 3D CAD skills. Experience with digital workshop management tools.
