Production Assembler
Job Description
JOB PURPOSE (ROLE DEFINITION):
The production assembly (electrical and/or mechanical) of various SLE products, in line with the company needs to support the SLE customer base
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the timely assembly of mechanical products for SLE ventilators, sub assemblies and associated products in accordance with SLE manufacturing and quality procedure(s).
Ensure the timely assembly of Electrical products for SLE ventilators, sub assemblies and associated products in accordance with SLE manufacturing and quality procedure(s), including but not limited to;
Handling and Installing of wiring looms
Assembly of Electronic sub-assemblies & pneumatic chassis
Assembly of electric looms & cables
Handling and assembly of electronic PCB boards
Some electrical work will include/require a level of soldering
To work to and follow technical drawings and work instructions
To assist as required, R&D with the build of development/prototype products
Monitor the condition of required tools to ensure good working order and within calibration
Ensure work areas are kept tidy and safe in accordance with SLE health and safety procedure
Assist, when requested, with any project activities identified
