Job Overview
MLA is a local business specializing in the design and manufacture of Public Order and Police Protective Equipment.
We have an opportunity for someone to join our team in the production assembly department of our PPE Helmets.
Responsibilities
Assemble helmet components and parts according to specifications. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to the supervisor promptly. Ensure products meet quality standards
Experience/Skills required
Proven hands-on experience in a
manufacturing or assembly environment
. Strong practical skills with the ability tofollow technical instructions
andassemble components accurately and consistently
. A high level ofmanual dexterity
andattention to detail
to ensure products meet strict safety and quality standards. Capable of working totight production schedules
while maintaining product integrity and craftsmanship. Able to identify and report faults or issues in the assembly process, contributing tocontinuous improvement
. Comfortable working independently or as part of a small, skilled team in afast-paced production setting
