Highblade Cables is expanding and looking for a hands-on, detail-focused
Production Operative
to join our busy assembly team.About the Role
You'll work as part of our production team assembling and testing cable harnesses for a wide range of industries -- from vending and automotive to specialist electrical and industrial equipment.
Your work will involve:
Preparing, cutting, crimping, and soldering cables and wires. Reading and following wiring diagrams and job cards accurately. Quality checking your own work to meet ISO and customer standards. Supporting team targets to deliver orders on time.
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has great attention to detail and takes pride in their work. Works well in a team and can follow structured processes. Enjoys practical, hands-on tasks. (Ideally) has previous experience in electrical assembly or light manufacturing - but not essential.
