Full-time | 6 month initial contract


At Parker Hannifin we're growing and need a practical, detail-focused Production Assembly Technician on a temporary basis to help turn great designs into reliable products. If you enjoy precise, tactile work, take pride in quality and like being part of a close-knit production team, this role is for you.

Position Summary

Key duties:

Assemble sub-assemblies and finished products to drawing and quality standards Test and troubleshoot assemblies; document results and flag issues Help improve processes, reduce waste and share ideas with the team Keep a tidy, safe workstation and support colleagues across production Participate in training to become proficient in production tasks Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications

Required Skills & experience Essential:

Experience in assembly, production or technician role, in a manufacturing environment. Comfortable using hand tools, measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) and test equipment Able to read basic engineering drawings and follow written procedures Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Reliable, able to work in shifts if required

Desirable:

Experience in an engineering environment Basic electrical knowledge or experience testing electronic assemblies
