Join Our Team as a Heat Press Operator

We're looking for a motivated Heat Press Operator to apply transfers to a diverse range of apparel, including t-shirts, sportswear, and workwear. While direct experience with heat presses is preferred, we welcome applications from candidates with a background in textiles or garment decoration (like embroidery) who are eager to learn and grow.

Hours 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday 12.43 per hour.

About the role

The successful candidate will be working to assist our busy print team, full training will be provided. You will be applying prints to garments using a heat press.

Key Responsibilities of the Heat Transfer Press Operator:

Operate a dual head heat press machine to add company logos and designs to workwear and various garments. Set up, adjust, the heat press depending on the garments being printed. Operate heat transfer press machinery for garment decoration. Perform regular quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained. Troubleshoot and carry out basic maintenance on machinery as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.

About you

The successful candidate will ideally (but not essential) have experience working in textiles, manufacturing environments.

Proven experience operating heat press equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work orders. Good communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and take pride in producing high-quality work. You will be extremely polite, friendly, organised, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile.
