We're looking for a highly organised and motivated

Production Assistant

to join our team in Bradford. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years' experience looking to build a career in film and photography production.

As a Production Assistant, you'll support our Producers and Head of Production across all stages of production -- from planning and logistics to shoots and post. You'll be involved in everything from booking locations and crew, to supporting on set, managing paperwork, and helping with post-production tasks like logging footage and file management.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with room to learn, grow and develop in a creative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the production team throughout pre-production, production, and post. Schedule and coordinate meetings, shoots, and bookings. Organise logistics: transport, equipment, crew, releases, and paperwork. Assist on set with equipment and contributor management. Manage and organise production files and documents. Provide general admin support, including calls, emails, and file handling. Help with basic editing tasks and file preparation. Support post-production workflows, including backups and archiving. Contribute to research, casting, and other ad hoc production needs.

Ideal Candidate:

A recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Organised, proactive and calm under pressure. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines. A strong communicator with great attention to detail. Interested in production, film, photography and storytelling. Some experience with editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro) is a plus.
