Job Description

:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Production Assistant. As a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations by assisting with various tasks in our busy workshop.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the production of labels, signs, and badges according to established specifications.

- Prepare materials and equipment for production processes.

- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently under supervision.

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of finished products through thorough inspection.

- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory stock levels.

- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment by tidying up work areas and storing materials properly.

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

GCSE English and Maths grade C/4 or above

Previous experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment is preferred but not required, all training will be given.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Basic computer skills.
