Production Assistant (real Time Art Team)

Role
We’re seeking a talented Production Assistant with hands-on experience supporting the delivery of VFX for either film, TV, or digital content/experiences. The role will support our existing Art team, focusing on large scale real-time content creation for film, TV, and VR. You’ll be part of a team managing and supporting our excellent roster of artists, delivering content on brief, and on time. We're looking for a pro-active Production Assistant who wants to get their foot in the door in emerging technologies; whilst you don't need a lot of experience within digital or post production, you must be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Please note, this role will be predominantly based at our Wimbledon office in South West London (SW17 0BA).
Key responsibilities

  • Help create and document project plans and sprint goals
  • Document daily scrum meetings
  • Maintain schedules
  • Liaise with freelance crew
  • Take minutes in meetings
  • Distribute notes to the relevant artists
  • Ensure internal department workflow and tracking documents are kept up to date
  • Office management
  • Diary management

Requirements
  • 1 + years' experience in digital or post-production
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
  • An enthusiasm for the industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident with spreadsheets
  • Excellent punctuality
  • Understands the importance of taking detailed notes and recording expenditure accurately
  • Flexible and well organised, and be able to think on your feet
  • Level headed, and able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Able to contribute to good working relationships, and to create a positive atmosphere for the rest of the team
