At Postworks, we make business communications simple. We help organisations send and receive letters without the faff - securely, efficiently and at scale. Behind the scenes, our production teams make sure millions of pieces of mail are handled with care every year.


We're now looking for a

Production Associate

to run the daily Receive process in our Edinburgh office.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the person who keeps things ticking along smoothly each day.


That means:

Opening up the office and getting everything ready for the day Receiving and signing for incoming mail from Royal Mail Sorting post accurately for each customer Opening, scanning and uploading documents into our software Securely archiving records and managing confidential destruction Keeping the site secure and running to our high standards

It's hands-on, focused work - and it really matters.

Who this role is great for

You don't need experience. We'll train you properly and support you all the way. What matters most is how you work.


You'll do well here if you're:

Hours that work around you

3 hours a day, 5 days a week

Who you'll work with

You'll report to our Production Manager and work independently on site, with support from the wider production team whenever you need it. You're never on your own - even when you're working solo.
