Job Description
Avondale Foods Ltd are looking for production chargehands to co-ordinate and lead a team of production operatives to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Our Production chargehands lead by example ensuring the team adhere to policies and procedures.
Shift Patterns
We are recruiting for day shift and night shift charge hands to join our team. For specified working hours take a look at our Company website.
What you will do;
Organise ingredients and packaging required to fulfil production orders. Ensure correct set up of production lines, including pre-start checks. Promote, observe and implement good housekeepng procedures following good manufacturing processes. Train new employees and agency workers on department specifics. Lead by example and ensure all proecdures are followed in relation to product quality, food safety and integrity.
What we are looking for;
Experience leading a team 1 years experience in a food manufacturing environment

Pay: 13.12-14.04 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
