Production Coordinator

to join our team and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

As a Production Coordinator, you'll provide operational and administrative support for our projects. You'll be the link between our production office, the workshop, and external partners, ensuring schedules, logistics, and paperwork are all handled efficiently.This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple plates spinning at once.

Key Responsibilities

Managing production schedules and deadlines Coordinating logistics such as travel, accommodation, and deliveries Handling paperwork and maintaining accurate records Communicating between production office, crew, and external partners Setting up and distributing schedules and call sheets Assisting with pre-production planning through to project wrap-up Ensuring production processes run smoothly and on time

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication, both written and verbal Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or coordination role is desirable but not essential
