The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and onsite teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Role Overview
Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate a Production Co-Ordinator to support our growing manufacturing and assembly team in our Scarva sites and Banbridge HQ. This post is permanent contract. It is an amazing opportunity for a candidate that wants to gain experience with a progressive and dynamic company to further their career. The Production Co-Ordinator is responsible for ensure materials are available for any works taking place in this yard and that any pipework/frames are inspected when returned from a subcontractor and updated as received on Fieldview (training provided).

What You'll be Doing
The role involves generating material take-offs from drawings, monitoring revisions, and verifying quantities against the Material Tracker (BOM) to ensure accuracy. It includes preparing picking lists (CMRs), co-ordinating with Stores and Logistics for timely material delivery to fabrication sites and sub-contractors, and managing reworks or damaged materials. The position also requires providing daily and weekly KPI updates, maintaining process progress on Field View, and supporting the Planner with production plan information. Additional duties include attending fabrication and assembly meetings, tracking and expediting deliveries of welded fittings and pipe, managing transport to galvanising and painting sub-contractors, and resolving technical issues on the shop floor. The role emphasises co-ordination, accuracy, and communication across production, procurement, and logistics teams.
