Naum House is a creative studio specialising in interior, experiential, and floral design. Our work spans interiors, styling, and object sourcing, blending craft, detail, and creativity for private and luxury clients.

Naum House's e-commerce business is comprised of four pillars - antiques, wholesale and artisan commissioned, and products designed by the founder.

Role Overview



We are looking for a

Production Coordinator

to act as the Creative Director's right hand, supporting the smooth delivery of Naum House's projects, including interior design, collaborations, brand consulting, styling and floristry. This role is organisational and detail-driven, focused on logistics, scheduling, supplier management, and design support. This person needs to have 7+ years experience in project management related to either interior design, construction, event production or relevant experience. It is ideal for someone who is highly proactive, confident communicating with suppliers and contractors, and eager to work closely with the Creative Director on every stage of a project.

Key Responsibilities



Support the planning and delivery of design projects and studio work from a design management standpoint. Maintain and monitor the production calendar on Smartsheets and Excel, ensuring project deadlines are met, ensuring all stakeholders have the correct information and are working towards mutually agreed timelines. Lead the internal team to ensure everyone knows what they are doing, and provide support where needed. Attend site visits, minute meetings, share action points and photos with the team. Create viable budgets, oversee budget monitoring, expenses, and project documentation utilising correct software so that all information is live and shared across the supply chain. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, makers, and storage companies, building strong professional relationships. Negotiate effectively with suppliers and contractors to achieve the best results. Prepare presentations, documents and support the design team with materials for client meetings. Read and interpret technical drawings to assist with project planning and delivery. Work alongside the FF&E Procurement specialist and internal designers to ensure procurement schedules and deliveries align with project requirements. Set clear parameters and deadlines for social media content and website content, to ensure that brand content is all aligned and delivered in a timely manner. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Requirements



Previous experience in project management related to high end interiors, event production, or creative coordination is essential. Impeccable attention to detail Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers, contractors, and makers. Ability to read technical drawings. Confident preparing and delivering presentations. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent management skills. Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt quickly. Proficient in Excel for scheduling, budgets, and cost tracking. Comfortable working in an Apple-based environment (Mac + iPhone) with Gmail and Dropbox. Interest in interiors, design, and architecture. Confident and experienced using social media. You naturally notice (and follow) trends of the creative world.
