, we make clothes built around fit--and we take as much pride in how we deliver them as we do in how they look and feel. As our new Production Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone behind our quarterly collections--keeping suppliers on track, timelines moving, and products landing on time, every time.
We're after a detail-oriented, commercially-minded operator--someone who thrives on process but knows when to push, pivot or problem-solve. You'll own the Critical Path and keep the whole thing turning, from fabric bookings to final delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the engine room of the production process--working with external stakeholders, including suppliers and manufacturers, and collaborating internally with Product Development, Merchandising, and Finance to keep everything running smoothly, on time, and on budget.
Own the Critical Path: chase updates, run bi-weekly supplier calls, and flag risks with proposed fixes
Raise and distribute Purchase Orders, and place fabric and greige bookings as needed
Approve invoices as they come in--matching to POs and flagging any reconciliation issues
Support the Head of Production in reviewing costings, ensuring we hit our target margins
Collate and compare supplier costings across seasons to ensure commercial viability and cost transparency
Monitor and report on weekly intake, calling out any delays to the wider team
Keep tabs on raw material liabilities to provide visibility, avoid overstocks, optimise availability, and feed into forecasts and reporting
Liaise with freight forwarders to book shipments and track deliveries
You'll report to the Head of Production, but will be expected to work autonomously and independently--collaborating closely with the Product team, Buying & Merchandising, and Finance to ensure smooth delivery and full visibility across the business
Requirements
What You'll Bring
This is a role for someone who gets supply chains, understands the pace of DTC, and is ready to roll up their sleeves. You'll need to be organised, proactive, and commercially switched on.
3-5 years in a production, operations, or supply chain role--ideally in apparel
Confidence working with multi-region supply bases (Europe, Turkey, Far East)
Strong communication and relationship management skills
High-level proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, and a willingness to learn new tools
Analytical mindset with an obsessive eye for detail
Clear, confident communication--especially when flagging issues or changes to the wider business
A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and factory operations, with insight into how production runs are structured and managed
Menswear experience is a bonus--but not a dealbreaker
What Makes You Stand Out
We'll be looking for the soft skills, not just the hard ones:
Commercial instinct - you know what matters and what moves the needle
Project management strength - a natural planner, confident managing timelines and competing priorities
Bias to action - you keep things moving and don't wait to be asked
Process improvement mindset - always looking for a better, smarter way
You combine analytical precision with a sharp eye for detail, and bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset--while staying calm and effective under pressure
A good negotiator - able to align commercial goals with supplier relationships
The usual startup toolkit - ownership, energy, adaptability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
And ideally, a genuine interest in style or menswear
