We're hiring for a Production & Delivery Director as part of our Liveposter production team in London.
Purpose of the Role
Liveposter has become the industry leader globally in Dynamic Out of Home, producing data optimised creative and making brands more relevant & effective in the OOH space. We define dynamic as campaigns that use data, or pre-agreed scheduling rules, to optimise which content is displayed on to digital Out of Home screens.
Put simply, dynamic is telling the right story at the right time - not the same story all the time. We believe most Digital Out of Home (DOOH) campaigns could benefit from a dash of data and dynamism, for the simple reason that dynamic content is inherently more engaging than its static equivalent. Data and triggers allow us to determine which brand or execution plays where or when. The feed itself can be anything from ambient data such as the weather or location, to social content like tweets or your own proprietary business information.
At Liveposter, we're experts in using data triggers to serve up the most relevant message and large-scale dynamic engagement is where we really excel.

Line management of the production and delivery team including goal setting and career progression (3-4 people) Ad hoc creation of simple project documentation, such as timelines, specifications, and content matrices. Lead on production and delivery of campaigns using our custom CMS platform. This includes creating posters, integrating data files, delivering ad containers to media owners, scheduling posters, creating and assigning data triggers, conducting testing, and troubleshooting any issues. Become a trusted and credible ambassador for both Liveposter and Dynamic within Posterscope & Dentsu. Support of post campaign documentation where required.

Qualifications + SkillsExtensive experience in advertising production with previous experience from creative or media agency with an emphasis on OOH, digital display or video production. Strong Excel skills and well as a solid understanding of key Adobe Suite tools including Illustrator, Photoshop. Proactive, self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.
