Production & Despatch Support Operative

to play a key role in our busy operation.

This is a hands-on role based on the shop floor, working at the heart of our production and logistics process. You'll be the link between production, transport, and despatch -- making sure stock flows smoothly and deliveries go out on time.

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinating and preparing goods ready for despatch. Liaising with production teams to track job progress and confirm loads are ready. Assisting with loading/unloading and staging items for delivery. Communicating with drivers and the transport team to manage collections and drop-offs. Labelling outgoing goods and ensuring accurate identification of stock. Monitoring stock availability and flagging any shortages or issues. Keeping despatch areas tidy, safe, and organised. Inputting basic updates into internal systems and supporting with occasional paperwork.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in despatch, warehouse, or production work. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams. A positive, hands-on approach with good attention to detail. Comfortable in a physical, fast-moving environment. Basic IT/data entry skills (training provided). A dependable team player with a proactive attitude.
