YOUR ROLE
This position is designed for a hard working individual looking to have positive impact in their day-to-day work life.
Crucially, this is a standard work-week role:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
No Nights. No Weekends. No Shifts.
1 hour for lunch and regular breaks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary focus will be ensuring the efficiency and quality of our preservation system manufacturing process, from component intake to final product dispatch:
Technical Assembly: Perform skilled assembly of various products, electrical sub assemblies and configuration of refrigeration units using a range of tools (full training will be provide)
Quality Assurance & Testing: Execute stringent testing and quality control checks on electrical, mechanical, and computerised components, ensuring all finished products operate within strict tolerance parameters.
Pick, Pack and Dispatch: Co-ordinate and manage the effective dispatch of all global orders. We believe that ambitious people deserve incredible support. Bermar is committed to providing a work environment that rewards effort, values your time, and supports your future.
SKILLS REQUIRED
A minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in a production, assembly, or engineering environment.
Excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and comfort with both technical documents and basic computerised systems.
Nice to Have: Forklift certificate and/or a full UK driving license.
