SUMMARY STATEMENT





The offline Production Engineer will work within the production engineering team, providing support to critical projects across the site and secondary loop activities. Responsibilities will span from supporting re-qualification and new product introductions to driving safety, automation, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Make safety your top priority, ensuring every activity meets and exceeds our rigorous standards. Act as the voice of production for all project changes--manage transitions smoothly using robust change management and guarantee safe, successful start-ups for new or improved processes. Manage small CAPEX projects related to production improvements, including planning, execution, and monitoring to deliver projects on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver re-qualification activities and new product introduction. Own and drive initiatives to achieve Gross Margin Optimisation (GMO) targets related to productivity and efficiency. Train and mentor staff following implementation of project related changes.

QUALIFICATIONS



Bachelor's or Master degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Proven experience delivering projects within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with SAP and production data management Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
