The Opportunity
We're looking for an organised, confident, and creative Production Executive to join our Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who relishes variety and enjoys working across events, media, and digital content production.
You'll work closely with our marketing, sales, editorial, and third-party partners to ensure the smooth delivery of advertising, event supplements, digital content, email marketing, and event logistics.

You're creative, self-motivated, and meticulous, with a sharp eye for detail. You communicate clearly, thrive under pressure, and enjoy juggling multiple projects. You can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team and feel confident building relationships with clients and partners.
What You'll Be Doing: Production & Content Delivery
Manage, track, and deliver all production tasks across events, magazines, digital platforms, supplements, and websites.
Meet all press and print deadlines efficiently.
Ensure all advertising across platforms is chased, proofed, and approved by clients.
Proofread all digital and printed content for accuracy and quality.
Create, manage, and maintain a full production schedule/calendar for all products.
Complete and update flat plans, ensuring editorial and advertising placements are correct and communicated to relevant teams.
Work with printers, providing clear, detailed instructions for all printed materials.
Digital, Email & Web Management
Set up and manage 3rd-party campaigns, including importing HTML files and troubleshooting formatting issues.
Coordinate and send weekly in-house briefing newsletters across multiple industries.
Update and maintain the company website and event microsites using WordPress.
Manage the company's Issuu account, uploading and updating issues.
Record and report monthly email, newsletter, and website statistics.
Project & Partner Coordination
Liaise with advertisers, suppliers, and media partners to ensure deliverables are met.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with third-party suppliers.
Obtain and negotiate supplier quotes where required.
Support the marketing team with various initiatives.
Attend in-house events as part of the production and logistics team.
Skills & Experience
Production experience is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Suite.
Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and WordPress is an advantage.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with enthusiasm for contributing ideas.
Strong relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated team player who can also work independently.
Capable of analysing and interpreting data to produce useful insights.
