12-hour shifts 18:00 06:00 Monday to Thursday

Due to our ever-increasing production demand, we are looking to recruit a Production Facilitator on our night shift team.


Reporting into the Night Shift Supervisor, the successful candidate will support the delivery of busy in-house production through fast and precise handling of our processes, including moulding and assembly, operating relevant machinery and working towards achieving set performance targets, ensuring our customers receive orders in a timely efficient manner.


The successful candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail and thrive on working as part of a team.


Key responsibilities:


To undertake Production duties which will include moulding, powder coating, assembling & packaging to an outstanding standard with a rapid product turnaround To maintain Production equipment to minimise down time and optimise efficiency. To achieve agreed KPIs To embrace and promote health and safety and work within set guidelines. To maintain housekeeping requirements, keeping the warehouse clean and tidy to a standard that optimises efficiency. To actively contribute and support the delivery of projects as and when required. To assist with other in-house production as and when required. To support the Logistics Team as and when required
