The Role


The Production Finance Coordinator will support production during production shoots and busy seasons by assisting in production document preparation. The Production Finance Coordinator will support our Production and Finance departments through the creation and maintenance of production documents and financial reporting. This role is key to assisting production teams day-to-day, whilst ensuring financial integrity for the agency. The role will report to the Client Finance Director located in the Los Angeles office.

The Work


Assist production teams with the creation of ballparks and estimates


Prepare and track production purchase orders


Review and manage submission of third-party vendor costs


Provide finance system support related to estimates and purchase order creation


Track and report on production budgets


Support vendor setup and provide payment details


Assist with job finance close process


Produce ad hoc reports as requested by management


Ensure financial compliance across production teams


Support client reporting and audits


Provide guidance on company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards



Who Will Thrive in This Role?


Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively


Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills


Proficiency in advanced Excel skills and financial systems


Some previous experience - knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations and compliance requirements is a plus


Proactive, self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment


Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written


High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards


Experience or interest in production finance, accounting, or administration within advertising or media is desirable
