Production Operative - Multiple Needs
Location: Desford
Salary: Initially 39,268 rising to 45,869 after a minimum of 3 months
Shifts: 4 on 4 off days and nights

This well-established company in the Leicestershire area is seeking multiple Production Operatives due to increased business demand. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete start-of-shift safety checks and report any defects or issues to the Shift Manager.
• Operate and monitor various machines throughout the production process, ensuring correct and safe operation.
• Ability to carry out manual handling.
• Quickly resolve stoppages or malfunctions, requesting assistance when necessary.
• Complete and sign off operator quality checks accurately.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area; carry out housekeeping duties as needed.
• Follow all health and safetty rules and regulations.

Requirements of the Successful Candidate:

• Experience within a manufacturing or construction background.
• Proactively contributes ideas and embraces continuous improvement.
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent service.
• Works effectively as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
• Communicates openly, honestly, and with integrity.
• Prioritizes health, safety, and responsibility in all tasks.
• Able to pass a drugs and alcohol test.
