Crescent Pharma

are recruiting for a Production Line Leader in Park Royal, London. The successful candidate will supervise all activities required to produce and package a batch of finished goods. They will also supervise and set up machinery in preparation for production. They will be responsible to ensure all training has been completed on time. All work is to be carried out in accordance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements and the company's SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Must Not be Allergic to Penicillin.

JOB PURPOSE:

Production Line Leader

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Read all the SOPs relating to manufacturing, which are applicable to their particular role, as instructed by their production manager/ production supervisor. Supervise Dispensing process, filling and packaging activities. Allocate daily tasks to productions lines. Check all machinery and equipment are ready for production and cleaning of equipment after completion Collect and update the output figures and other statistics when required. Regular contact with colleagues with the team on that production line, the junior supervisor and the production manager. Check completed Batch Manufacturing and Packaging Records. Supervise staff to follow company SOPs.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Leadership Managing staff and ensuring productivity Optimising Workflow Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures and regulatory guidelines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be Computer literate Good Numeracy Skills
