Holos is an award-winning kombucha brewery, producing authentic, small-batch kombucha for nationwide distribution. We're growing fast and our drinks can be found in Whole Foods Market, Selfridges, Ocado, Mindful Chef and a major UK supermarket.

We're also a purpose-driven company: alongside making the UK's best-tasting kombucha, we provide paid work placements for survivors of exploitation -- every bottle is truly Brewed for Good(TM).

We're looking for a Production Line Supervisor to lead our packaging team and keep our brewery running smoothly as demand grows. This is a hands-on role, combining technical line management with mentoring two full-time apprentices and ensuring high standards across health & safety, quality control and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day packaging operations (bottling, canning, pasteurising) Lead a small-team, mentoring apprentices and operators Manage changeovers, start-ups, shutdowns and equipment maintenance Uphold HACCP, SALSA, QC and Health and Safety Standards Support brewing, fermenting, blending & flavouring when needed Keep accurate batch and production records (inc. for our Yorkshire Tea exclusive partnership) Contribute to a positive, problem-solving culture on the floor

What We're Looking For

3+ years experience in food or drink packaging Hands-on knowledge of production line machinery (smallpack an advantage) Organised, adaptable, and physically fit for a fast-paced environment Confident communicator who enjoys leading a small team Familiar with inventory management software (eg. Unleashed) Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to travel to our rural site (car essential)

Training & Development

HACCP certification to Level 3 Forklift/stacker certification Clear path to progress as Holos scales (we'll need your input!)
