Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Production Line Worker to join our dynamic team in a CNC shop. This is a full-time position with negotiable pay based on experience, offering an immediate start and comprehensive training. Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production line machinery, specifically in a CNC shop environment.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production targets.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimise downtime.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing valuable insights and suggestions.
- Prior experience in a production line role, preferably within a noisy warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with CNC machines and their operation is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and manufacturing processes.
