Overview

Beyond Nine are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to oversees and manage all aspects of production processes, working collaboratively with various teams to meet deadlines and budgets and maintain efficient workflow. The team is highly collaborative and therefore you must work well in a fun, friendly team. This is a pivotal role for us - we are looking for someone who can hold the DNA of Beyond Nine.

Key Responsibilities:

Main contact for suppliers for day-to-day queries relating to production orders in work

Daily maintenance of all production documents including order trackers, inspection reports and stock arrival dates

Create & distribute all purchase order ensuring all factories maintained required shipment dates

Identify production issues and provide workable solutions ensuring minimal disruption to the production process

Proactively follow order status with factories, capture & resolve any potential impact to on time delivery ensuring all production milestone deadlines are maintained

Ensure on time capture & cross reference against POs of all incoming invoices



Coordinate with suppliers, factories and logistic providers to secure materials, manage shipments and track on time deliveries

Quality check and measure all shipment samples against approved PP samples and tech packs. Liaising with Technical Developer with any queries ensuring brand quality standards have been maintained

Collate & review all Supplier Inspections prior to goods shipping, giving clear action points and approval to when goods can depart.

Coordinate & monitor all stock shipments from factories into Warehouse, raising ASNs & ensuring stock receipted aligned with planned product launch timelines

Support Customer Experience team, Production Manager & Technical Developer with all faulty queries. Ensure all costs relating to Products with key manufacturing faults flagged with the supply chain along with any related charges

Support seasonal Supplier performance reviews, providing detailed findings and key action points of improvement for internal & external team members

Support with on time delivery of all Press/Brand sample requirements

Working collaboratively with Development team to ensure any & all product queries are actioned aligned with Milestone critical path deadlines

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners streamline production processes and resolve any issues.

Support data capture of all dept costs & budgets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
