Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations.
Duties
Oversee manufacturing and production processes Monitor production rate, standard and quality. Ensure production targets are met and minimize waste and inefficiencies Creating and implementing production schedules Procuring and maintaining production equipment Work with other departments e.g. Marketing, Procurement, Quality Control etc. Monitor the training and development of staff Create production report for management Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met Monitor stock and materials level to avoid material shortages
Qualifications
Previous experience in a production management role Mechanical knowledge is essential Familiarity with warehouse operations Strong leadership and communication skills Bachelors degree or equivalent experience on related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
