Mademoiselle Desserts are a leading B Corp manufacturer of frozen cakes and desserts. Our site in Corby is recruiting for an experienced Production Manager
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, you are responsible for managing the day time production team.
Working as part of the site operations management team to deliver operational objectives.
Leading by example in promoting a safe and harmonious working environment in line with the Company's policies and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement through maximising operational effectiveness, labour utilisation and efficiencies whilst reducing costs through the development of people, processes and systems.

Main tasks, not limited to:
Ensuring H&S and Food Safety standards are upheld across all aspects of production
Managing the production team and driving operational performance & ensuring production targets are met
Addressing any performance or disciplinary processes
Manage and report on KPI's
Labour & Material variance control
