Production Manager - Fixed Term Contract up to 12 months

36,406 per annum

We are looking for a people focused Production Manager to join our current team to cover a period of maternity leave.



The role is offered on a full-time, temporary basis. The shift pattern is 4 on, 4 off, 5.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.



Reporting to, and working closely alongside the Operations Manager, you will be involved in, amongst other things:




Leading, developing, and motivating the site production team, and ensuring a positive and engaged workforce, including ensuring training has been completed and conducting regular performance reviews;



Maximising the service, cost, and quality performance of the site operations, by continually reviewing performance, and exploring opportunities to improve;



Introducing and delivering productivity improvements, promoting increased efficiencies, service, and quality performance, in line with KPI and budgetary requirements;



Maintaining standards, including quality, health and safety, hygiene and housekeeping.

What do I need to apply?

You, as our ideal candidate will have worked in a fast-paced, shift-based production, logistics or manufacturing environment where no two days are the same.



You will most definitely need proven experience of managing and motivating a team.


In addition, excellent English communication skills (our business language), IT literacy and a passion for customer service are essential to this role.





A supervisory qualification is desirable but not essential, as successful candidates will be required to complete training provided as part of the role.
