Are you ready to put your production expertise to work in a global leader of food processing solutions?

As our

Production Manager

, you will play a key role in leading and developing Proseal's manufacturing operations, ensuring products are assembled, tested, and delivered on time, in full, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead a multi-skilled team of technicians, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across multiple value streams.

What you'll be doing

Take ownership of the On Time, In Full (OTIF) production schedule and all related KPIs Ensure all assembly and test operations are completed safely, effectively, and to the highest standards Lead and manage a team of mechanical and electrical technicians, driving performance and development Support customer care and product transfer activities, ensuring product quality and service excellence Drive continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and accuracy in production processes Embed a strong safety culture, ensuring audits are completed and corrective actions are delivered Manage resources effectively, including labour planning, budgets, training, recruitment, and performance reviews

About You

You are a strong and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You bring proven experience in leading production teams, a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for delivering quality products on time.

You'll bring:

5+ years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing/assembly environment A Level 5 technical qualification (or equivalent) in a technical or projects field Proven success in managing operational processes to maximise efficiency and productivity Knowledge of health & safety regulations and their practical application in a manufacturing setting Experience with data analysis and KPIs to drive performance and continuous improvement Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Computer literacy, with experience in business management software (e.g. SAP, ERP, CRM)
