We're on the hunt for a

hands-on, sleeves-up, get-it-done Production Manager

to join our crew and help steer the ship through exciting growth as we expand our factory. If you love solving problems, leading teams and making things run like clockwork - we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading the charge on the production floor - coaching, mentoring, and building a team of rockstar supervisors. Keeping things moving - managing timelines, reducing downtime, and making sure every product hits the mark. Collaborating across departments - from Quality to Warehouse, NPD to Maintenance - you'll be the glue that holds it all together. Driving improvements - implementing SOPs, smashing inefficiencies, and making Calleva even better. Recruiting and onboarding new talent - because we're growing, and we need more hands-on deck! Keeping standards sky-high - GMP audits, hygiene checks, and quality control are all part of your toolkit. Communicating like a pro - ensuring everyone's in the loop and working towards the same goals.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in manufacturing leadership - you've been there, done that, and got the safety boots. A natural leader - you know how to motivate, manage, and mentor. Quality-focused - you don't cut corners, and you know your GMP from your SOP. Organised and proactive - you spot problems before they happen and always have a plan. Tech-savvy - you're comfortable with systems, metrics, and reporting. ILM Level 5 or equivalent? Even better!

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
