Bulldog Garage Doors are seeking a motivated, hands on Production Manager to join a well established company based in Upchurch. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a family run environment.

In this role and after full training, our Production Manager will be required to manufacture with the team and in addition manage in areas of our factory and understand stock control.

We are looking for enthusiastic and positive candidates who have a high level of organisational skills. This role is suited to a hard-working and hands on individual with practical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Roller Garage Doors Managing Laminating Machinery Making sure the Factory meets required deadlines Unload and load deliveries as required. Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality products meet specified standards Meet deadlines and adhere to agreed Key Performance Indicators Safely operate machinery, following correct procedures Use systems and paperwork Properly wear and use Personal Protective Equipment, reporting any issues Cover for colleagues' absences to maintain line continuity and optimise output

Skills and Experience

Experience in a Factory/Production Manager role or equivalent - showing leadership Ability to interpret and identify issues Ability to work in a fast-paced & moving environment Strong communication skills Good teamwork skills Proficient in multitasking, and meeting deadline

Manual driving licence is essential.

DIY Skills
Full Training Provided.
Hours: 7:30AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday
Prompt/Immediate start

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 29,000.00-35,500.00 per year
