We are seeking an Operational Data Champion, to lead the way we collect, manage, and present data across our operations. This role will ensure that leadership has clear visibility of key metrics and that data-driven decisions support the future growth of the business.

About the Role:



We are seeking an experienced, highly driven Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our two manufacturing lines:

D2C personalised 3D-printed production, and Retail volume production.
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments, understands end-to-end shop-floor execution, and can build strong working relationships across Operations, Quality, Formulations, Flow Wrap, NVR, Supply Chain and Maintenance teams.

The Production Manager will ensure that both lines consistently deliver against output targets, quality standards, compliance and delivery timelines. They will drive operational discipline, actively resolve shop-floor issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Production Leadership



Lead all daily activities across both production lines, ensuring stable, efficient manufacturing operations. Deliver against production targets, including output, waste %, downtime, staffing efficiency and material usage. Ensure both lines are production-ready at all times by coordinating with the General Manager and Supply Chain on materials, resources, staffing and line configuration. Ensure consistent daily start-up routines, shift handovers, and end-of-day production reviews. Monitor and optimise line performance, addressing bottlenecks, breakdowns and stoppages quickly and effectively.

Operational Control



Maintain excellent shop-floor standards: hygiene, safety, GMP compliance, line organisation, and best-practice working methods. Implement and maintain SOP adherence, line audits, in-process checks, and QC sign-offs. Ensure accurate recording of production data, including batch information, output logs, waste, rework, downtime, and resource utilisation.

People Management



Lead, coach and support team leaders, operators, and shift staff, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement. Implement structured shift planning, job rotation, upskilling and competency development. Support the General Manager in achieving optimal labour utilisation per line. Uphold high standards of conduct, teamwork and communication.

Continuous Improvement & Efficiency



Identify and implement improvements in throughput, changeover time, yield, waste reduction, maintenance planning and line balancing. Support the General Manager in building a performance-led culture focused on efficiency, lean practices and OEE improvements. Collaborate with Quality, Formulations and Engineering to strengthen reliability, first-time pass rates and product consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with Operations Leadership, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR to ensure production readiness, staffing, machine capability and capacity alignment. Ensure that packaging, raw materials and workforce availability are aligned with the operational plan. Actively contribute to operational problem-solving, root cause analysis, corrective actions and standardisation of improvements.

Experience & Skills:



Essential



Proven experience in managing production or manufacturing lines (FMCG, food, nutraceutical, or similar environment preferred). Strong shop-floor leadership with a visible, practical, "hands-on" approach. Ability to analyse production data, understand root causes, and lead structured corrective action. Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.

Desirable



Experience within regulated manufacturing (GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC or similar).

On site, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm

This is a full-time, on-site and in-house role.
