Production Manager

(m/w/d) to lead a critical site within our top-tier CoMAH facility.


This role is designed with a clear development pathway toward senior site management responsibilities.

It offers the opportunity to grow into a strategic leadership role and become part of the long-term succession plan for the site leadership team.



Your Role: Key Responsibilities





As Production Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. Your core responsibilities will include:


Ensuring compliance with all

Health & Safety Regulations

,

Quality Assurance

, and

Environmental Procedures

Leading and coaching operational shift teams to ensure accurate reporting and handling of equipment defects and alarms Managing

site production costs

, including consumables, utility usage, reagents, and waste disposal Driving a

continuous improvement culture

using KPIs and lean initiatives Ensuring seamless execution and communication of

production and logistics plans

Acting as a role model and leader, motivating teams across all levels

Qualifications & Education




Degree-level education

or extensive relevant experience in chemical or process industries

NEBOSH Process Safety Certificate

or

recognized Health & Safety qualification

preferrred

What You Bring




Minimum

2 years' management experience

in a chemical industry setting (ideally CoMAH regulated) At least 4

years of experience leading teams

in an operational environment Strong

leadership, coaching, and communication

skills Proven ability to foster a

culture of continuous improvement

and team development Analytical mindset with a structured approach to

problem-solving and decision-making
