Lead, supervise and motivate production line staff in daily confectionery operations.
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining product quality and food safety standards.
Oversee the setup, operation, and cleaning of machinery used in fudge and chocolate manufacturing.
Monitor workflow, resolve production issues, and minimise downtime.
Maintain accurate production records and ensure batch traceability.
Enforce HACCP, GMP, and all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with QA, maintenance and warehouse teams to meet delivery deadlines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Production Manager in a food or confectionery manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices, including HACCP and GMP.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production demands.
Proficient in production reporting systems and MS Office tools.
