This includes managing the assembly and erection process, ensuring safety protocols are strictly adhered to, and work is completed to specification and client satisfaction. You'll lead the installation of diverse fabrications, including steel buildings, intricate staircases, and Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) structures, addressing any unforeseen challenges on site and acting as a professional point of contact for clients.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, directors, and clients.

Adaptability & Proactivity:

A willingness to switch tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative to ensure projects are completed successfully.

Commitment to Quality:

A meticulous approach to work, ensuring every fabrication and installation meets the highest standards.
