Are you an experienced Production Manager with a passion for operational excellence and team leadership? We are seeking an individual to lead our production operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing output.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all production activities to meet project and sales targets.
Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource use.
Lead capacity and material planning, including subcontractor coordination.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Monitor and report on production performance, including cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Procurement.
Maintain accurate records for traceability, maintenance, and compliance.
Support procurement processes and provide cost data for bids and tenders.
Ensure a safe, clean, and legally compliant working environment.
Supervise, motivate, and develop production staff, identifying training needs and resolving grievances.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a production management role within manufacturing and assembly environments.
Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Solid understanding of production costing, scheduling, and quality control.
Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and continuous improvement methodologies.
