Hourly rate:
12.51 per hour
Shift:
Monday to Friday (38.75 hours per week)
Week 1: 5:30am - 1:45pm
Week 2: 1:45pm - 10:00pm
About the Role
This role involves supporting our team who build our sofas.
Your responsibilities may include:
Cushion filling (Manually inserting the correct filling into cushion cases and attaching buttons)
Wood picking (Picking wood components for sofa frames)
Fabric picking (Select and pick the correct pieces)
Packing / Wrapping sofas (Work in a 2 person team)
Loading / Unloading on and off lorries
General Support (Performing various essential tasks to support the wider manufacturing team, ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow)
About You:
We're looking for a dedicated individual who:
Is comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
Is able to comfortably use heavy trolleys throughout your shift.
Possesses a good eye for detail and strong attention to detail.
Demonstrates commitment to working efficiently and meeting targets.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Is able to adhere to strict health and safety regulations.
Is capable of working independently.
