Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process by assisting with manufacturing, filling off, and ensuring that all Dispatch Operations run smoothly.

The role will begin in Production and learning that side of operations, with a view to moving into the Dispatch (Goods in/Goods out) side of the business.

This position requires a keen eye for detail to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production cycle.

Responsibilities

Assist in the manufacturing, filling off & storing of products Loading / unloading HGVs / Vans / Pickup with FLT Follow detailed instructions to ensure quality Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Perform routine checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues. Support warehouse operations, including the movement of materials and finished products, unloading and loading of goods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience working in a Chemical Manufacturing Environment. Experience moving chemicals with FLTs Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. FLT counterbalance license holder
