The Role:

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our busy joinery department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a carpentry or wood-based background to develop their skills within a well-established manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Working within the joinery area to assemble, prepare and finish timber components. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. Ensuring all products meet quality and production standards. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area. Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.

About You:

Previous experience in carpentry, joinery, or wood manufacturing is essential. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Good understanding of health and safety practices within a workshop or factory setting. Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
