Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm and Friday: 7:00am - 2:00pm (as required)
The Role:
As a Production Operative at Weldtite, you'll be key in ensuring our high-quality bicycle maintenance products are manufactured efficiently and consistently. You'll work on the shop floor, contributing to the assembly, repair, and packaging of items that serve cyclists around the globe--from casual riders to elite professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
? Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently.
? Prepare and assemble components according to set work instructions and quality standards.
? Inspect products throughout the production process, addressing any defects or inconsistencies.
? Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
? Clean and maintain your workstation and equipment.
? Report any machinery faults, stock issues, or production concerns.
? Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and product quality.
What We're Looking For:
? Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment (desirable but not mandatory).
? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
? Good physical fitness and manual dexterity.
? A positive, team-oriented attitude.
? Willingness to learn, follow processes, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
? Reliability and punctuality are essential.
