Production Operatives

to join our team.

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that production targets are met. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Assemble and pack plastic products according to specifications Carry out quality checks and report any issues Maintain a clean and organised work area Follow health & safety guidelines at all times Work as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential) Good attention to detail Ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
