Shifts available:

Shift One

Sunday - Tuesday 10:00am - 10:00pm & Wednesday 14.30pm - 10:00pm 4 days 23 days holiday Including Bank Holiday

Shift Two

Wednesday 06:00 - 13:30 & Thursday - Saturday 06:00 -18:00 4 days 23 days holiday including Bank Holiday

Shift Three

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 5 days 28 days holiday including Bank Holiday

Shift Four

4 on 4 off 10:00 - 22:00 21 Days holiday including Bank Holiday
Shift allocation will be based on availability and your chosen shift pattern is not guaranteed

What you get!

Salary scale: 12.21 per hour, overtime after 42.5 hours at 125%, unsociable hours 00:00-06:00 at 15% Hourly rate rises to 12.41 per hour after 12 months. Contributory Pension Scheme. Full training provided

What you will do:

Full training provided and we have translators on site to assist.

Add the right number of flowers, greenery, or decorations to the belt to meet production speed. Make parallel bouquets. Prepare glass or pot products for production. Sleeve or wrap bouquets, box them, strap them, and fill buckets. Pack bouquets into buckets or boxes, checking specifications on time. Notice any quality issues and report them to the Line Leader right away. Handle products carefully to avoid damage during production. Label packaging and plants correctly according to specifications. Keep the production area clean and tidy. Pack finished bouquets into boxes based on customer requirements. Add extras to boxes as needed per customer instructions. Complete bouquets and plants in the production area. Work safely, efficiently, and keep the area clean.

We do not hold a Sponsor Licence Your own transport is essential due to our Location.
