Production Assistants
and
PCB Assemblers
to join our skilled and dedicated production team.
Responsibilities and Duties
Component forming
PCB Population
Conventional and SMT Soldering to required quality standards.
Wave Flow Operation
Inspection
Final Assembly
Testing of finished products
Qualifications and Skills
Proven, recent experience within an Electronic manufacturing environment and strong soldering skills.
Familiar with drawings, tools, conventional / SMT components and processes
A good command of written and spoken English with the ability to read and understand basic drawings, BOM's and work instructions
High attention to detail and workmanship is required as is an ability to manage time and stay focused with changing priorities
Be able to work accurately in a fast paced environment
Quality focused with a fantastic work ethic
Live local to the Burgess Hill area or be happy to travel each day
