PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE

13.0894 per hour / 26,205 per annum

38.5 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 7.15am to 4.00pm / Fri 7.15am to 12.45pm)

Sociable hours, no shift work

We are the UK's leading coupling, brake, axle and chassis manufacturer supplying the light trailer market.

Your role will involve assembling product / packaging spare parts and components to achieve daily production outputs and meet customer demand.

This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Working in a production environment, assembling components and products according to Work Instructions Checking products for quality and accuracy Operating hand tools, power tools, or machinery safely and efficiently Maintaining a clean and organised work area Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times Working effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred but not essential) Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Physically fit and able to stand for long periods Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player Positive attitude and willingness to learn
