Production Operative
Burton-On-Trent, DE14 3HD
Salary: \xc2\xa331,271

Monday - Friday, 45 hours per week
Candidates need to be able to work a rotating 2-week shift (5.30 am-2.30 pm, 2 pm-11 pm)

Here at Marley, we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Operative to join our well-established team at our site in Burton-on-Trent.

You may have experience in a similar manufacturing environment, or within a fast-paced production/warehouse operative role, whatever your background; if you have the right attitude and a forward-thinking approach to work - we would love to hear from you!

This position will cover Monday-Friday and must be able to also work rotating shifts between 5.30-14.00, and 14.30-23.00.

What\'s involved?
You will mainly work within the concrete Tiles department, operating manual and semi-automated machinery, hand-powered tools, and mobile plant such as Forklift trucks to move stock around the site. You will also help out with regular housekeeping such as cleaning, painting and other handyperson jobs.

What are we looking for:

• Experience working in a Production/Manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
• Basic computer user experience (preferred but not essential)
• Current accredited FLT licence (preferred but not essential)
• Good communication skills
• Team-player mentality
• A keen individual looking for a career within a thriving industry-leading company!
