Production Operative

to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and safe running of our production lines while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities

Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently and safely. Follow

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

and adhere to food safety standards. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth production flow and minimal downtime. Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the production area. Ensure all products meet quality standards before packaging and distribution. Accurately complete production records and documentation. Identify and report any faults, issues, or safety concerns to the

Team Leader/Supervisor

. Minimise waste and contribute ideas for improving efficiency. Follow

Health & Safety

guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment. Maintain a punctual and reliable attendance record.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Quick learner with a strong sense of urgency. Good communication skills. Ability to follow

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

. Physically fit for repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.

Advantageous:

Previous experience in food production or manufacturing. Knowledge of

Health & Safety

and

Manual Handling

training.
