Creative Play have been established for more than 25 years, during that time we have provided playgrounds for more than 10,000 customers. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our factory team on a full time, temporary basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent at a later date.

You will be expected to adhere to the high standards that are prevalent throughout our business. Therefore, a sharp intellect is essential. You will be assisting in the manufacture of timber playground equipment including climbing frames, seating and much more to be installed into schools, nurseries and leisure environments across the Country.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Detailed measuring and cutting of materials.

Assemble products accordingly.

Location of goods within warehouses.

Completing daily checks, ensuring machines are in a good, safe working order.

Meet quality standards and comply with policies and procedures.

Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.

Use of power tools (experience preferred).

The correct person must have:

Manufacturing Experience

Excellent communication skills

Good organisational skills

Desirable:

Woodworking experience

Valid 1st Aid certificate

Forklift Driving Certificate

CNC Experience

What do we offer in return:

Salary: 23,809.50 which increases after successful probationary period

Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:00 - 37.5 hours per week

20 days of paid holiday plus bank holidays per annum - plus an extra 3 days for Christmas shutdown - Holidays increase with length of service
